Two microphone-preamp channels are paired with the same preamps and Carnhill (St. Ives) transformers used in BAE’s 1073 and 1084. The standard Bootsy Collins modification adds a Jensen DI transformer, while two DI thru connections, phase reverse, and 48V phantom power cover the listed input-control functions. Its hand-wired, modular discrete-electronics design is matched with a built-in PSU for portability, and the unit connects to the included power supply.
