The instrument combines a solid spruce top with solid maple back and sides, plus a solid maple neck finished in oil. Its composite tailpiece has four fine-tuners for small tuning adjustments. D’Addario Prelude strings are fitted, and the traditional red finish is paired with an aged maple bridge and ebonized hardwood fingerboard and fittings.
