A clear, double-ply batter head for a 22-inch bass drum, the EMAD Heavyweight is built around two 10-mil film layers and adjustable external damping. It gives the player a controlled, punchy bass-drum response with two usable damping directions: keep more resonance and punch with the thinner ring, or select more low end and a shorter sustain with the wider ring. The Level 360 collar is designed to assist proper seating, helping make tuning a quicker part of drum setup.
