Description

The DV is a brass tenor mouthpiece aimed at a broad, full voice with strong projection and harmonic content. Its CNC-facing process is intended to keep reed vibration responsive across the range, while the design is described as avoiding the harsh edge associated with loud, bright mouthpieces. Low notes and subtoning are presented as easy, and the mouthpiece is also intended to support altissimo work. It is finished in 24K gold-plated brass.
