Maple Leaf’s 15.5-inch Chaconne Craftsman Collection viola is directed primarily to the advancing student, while also being presented as a possible beginner instrument. It combines a seasoned maple neck, highly flamed maple back and sides, seasoned spruce top, ebony fingerboard, and hand-applied antiqued varnish. D’Addario Helicore strings are fitted. It is sold as an instrument only, so a bow and separate case need to be arranged for the complete setup.
