Built around a 10-inch, 6-pound low-profile base, the MS9210 is a handheld-microphone stand for lead vocals, soloists, backing parts, a cappella, and closely grouped setups. Its heavy-duty midpoint clutch brakes the upper shaft as height is adjusted, so the shaft does not drop abruptly when the clutch is loosened. A knurled locking washer holds an attached mic clip at the selected position, while rubber pads on the base contribute shock absorption.
