Designed as a right-handed six-string semi-hollow electric, the C-1 E/A pairs a chambered mahogany body with a three-piece mahogany set neck. Its ultra-access neck joint and 24 extra-jumbo frets make the upper range easier to reach. Active electronics combine Schecter Diamond Plus humbuckers with a bridge piezo element, allowing acoustic-guitar sound to be added to the electric mix. The fixed tune-o-matic bridge provides precise intonation and string-height adjustment, while the stopbar tailpiece makes string changes easier.
