Sequential’s Prophet-6 is a six-voice analog synthesizer with voltage-controlled oscillators, filters, and amplifiers, plus continuously variable waveshapes. Each voice carries resonant low-pass and high-pass filters, while its digital effects section adds reverb, delay, chorus, and phase shifting; the analog signal remains bypassed when effects are off. The knob-per-function panel supports immediate programming, and Live Panel mode makes the sound follow the current control positions. A polyphonic 64-step sequencer and MIDI-syncable arpeggiator bring rhythmic patterns into the same hands-on workflow.
