Description

This is a vinyl LP pressing of Technodelic (MOV Reissue) by Yellow Magic Orchestra. The Japanese electronic music group originally released their fifth studio album on November 21, 1981, via Alfa Records. Produced by Haruomi Hosono, and the band members, the album was recorded at Alfa Studio “A”, Shibaura, Minato, Tokyo. It is considered the first released album to feature mostly samples and loops, influencing the heavy use of sampling and looping in popular music.
