XO’s 1236L is a professional Bb/F trombone with a yellow-brass, 8.5-inch handcrafted two-piece bell and a .547-inch large bore. Its F attachment uses a traditional wrap, paired with a mechanical-linkage tapered gold-plated rotary valve. A reverse rose-brass main tuning slide and three interchangeable leadpipes—two yellow brass and one sterling silver—give the player options for tailoring the instrument’s setup. Yellow-brass outer handslide tubes, chromed inner slides, and a nickel-silver crook complete the handslide assembly.
