The Stage Custom Birch 12 x 8 mounted tom is Yamaha’s black-finished option in this size. Its thin shell is built with a staggered diagonal seam, while the Air Seal process is intended to maintain a round shell of uniform thickness. Low-mass lugs let that shell vibrate, supporting the tom’s tone and sustain. A high-gloss lacquer gives the Raven Black exterior its finished appearance.
